Question by amtav88: my ipod nano (1st generation) wont turn on it only shows a folder with an exclamation point can i do?
under the folder and exclamation point it says "www.apple.com/ipod/support" i obviously went to the site but i cant find any information that helps. i also tried to reset the ipod and that didn't help ether.

Answer by MarigoldUsually the exclamation mark means that it is out of battery...try plugging it in to your laptop and see what your iTunes has to
