Question by Tommy F: What is the iPod touch dock for, really?
Yesterday, I purchased an iPod touch 2G (8GB, black). Like all of Apple's iPods, it comes with a small white piece of plastic they call a "dock." I don't really see what it's good for, because every time I plug the USB cable in using that, it doesn't go in all the way because of the size of the port area. Due to the fact that it isn't completely plugged in, it will not charge or serve function at all. Is this
